Just 4 x 3lb weights is enough to keep me weighed down so i can do what i need without bobbing around
Ive used weight belts before when actually scuba diving and using pockets vs the slideon weights seems infinitely less fussy to balance out
One caution i have a salt water pool which is barely salty compared to the ocean and i found the buckle showed signs of rust the next morning after i had used the belt and left it to air dry overnight
The belt fits securely and has more pockets than i need a good thing
