Pros

It is reliable and sturdy. Great response time - no lagging during record and playback. I trust seagate the most because in all my years of producing and storing videos my seagate drives have never failed me.

Cons

Seagate 5gb external hard drive has become unreadable in just a few months. Comes with a very useless too short cord. Would not play downloaded games with out lag. Not compatible with mac but not pc. Can't transfer data from gb to gb. Can only transfe... Read More

Super durable as i’ve had it for years and am just now reviewing it

It is very quick and easy for disk utility to erase and format properly

To this day only deleting games i no longer play and have a reason to keep in the first place i still have over 6tb of space

Western digital blew me off when their drives crashed and no support to recover

And this was really good for the price

It is worth buying for the price amazon had the cheapest price for one of these

The item arrived well packaged and delivery was very quick

Received on time followed online instructions to partition the drive and complete setup

Competitiveness

Now i have many of seagate hard drives it’s a brand i trust and has lasted longer than most other hard drives

I do not know if that is slow compared to similar drives but its something to keep in mind if you know more about that than i do
