Pros

The macrium reflect fits an intel nuc as a media server and works great. Blackmagic disk tests credits the drive with 117mb/s in write and 128 mb/s in read. Terabits per shr, or 1 terabyte per tb.

The only problem is i can't fully close the chasis. E modern warfare.

Cons

Seagate warranty expired in june 2021. Warranty is ineligible for rma in n. Manufacturer considers it used and will not warranty.

Is that not fraudulent or *? The advertised drive will never be delivered. Terrible, mechanical drives are fragile and the lack of attention to the fact is slap in the face to us consumers.

It does what it’s supposed to do and adds a great storage option for the tiny 256gb ssd hdd in my video editing pc

I bought three 5tb drives and all are out of warranty

I am a seagate guy and all my hard drives have been of this brand

The readwrite speed of the raid is over 250mbs

I bought one of these back in 2017 when they were on sale for my ps4 original because i was tired of only 500 gigs of storage

But the drive with a seagate warranty would cost over 200

The price for this drive reflects it

Shipping was fast and i was able to set up the hdd very easily

The seller shipped immediately and my package was carefully wrapped for transit

I have never seen a drive shipped with so little protection and almost expected it to fail outright

Great product easy to install came quickly in very protective packaging

Received the well packaged item today on time and the system format and everything else is now complete

Competitiveness

Xbox one x had fatal hdd issue so i replaced the oem 500gb hdd with this 1tb seagate hdd no issues and runs flawlessly
