However i feel any claim that it adds a season onto the rating of your bag way exaggerated and so the price is too high in my opinion

I use this in a goretex bivi bag

Used this inside a vango sleeping bag in temps down to 26c

As for temp rating made a vango 2 season bag very comfy in this crappy weather whereas id shivered a little in the same bag 2 weeks earlier
