    This fan simply doesn't have the cfm to push the air all the way through.

    I had intended to use these as layer fans on my rostock max v2, but unfortunately, as other reviewers have pointed out, it simply does not have a lot of pushing power to it.

    Often times small rackmount case fans are very loud, nearing turbine type of loudness.
