Pros & Cons

Pros

From flipping fried eggs to serving sauce. Spatula has a great feel in the hand and appears good quality with a lovely finish. Only minor gripe is that the edges are quite sharp so do catch on the wok sometimes if you aren't careful.

Cons

It's a bit like trying to stir or move food about with a long bladed knife. The edge is too sharp and left large gouges in the surface that i had just seasoned leaving bare metal despite trying a various angles.

I dont wish distract from their wooden handled one which is slightly easier due to its lighter weight and having two is a plus when one is in the dishwasher
