The other ingredients in combination with the melatonin really help me fall asleep and stay asleep

It helps me as well but i sometimes take a natures bounty 5mg pill that works for me
Other than that id like to see a 5mg dose
They are certainly not worth that money with so many other brands at reasonable prices

Found these originally at costco but in true costco fashion they stopped carrying them

I have tried timed release products but for me it doesnt work well and i feel groggy the next day
