They definitely protect and reinforce your wrists although they cant correct bad form or compensate for poor range of motion

Original review belowi just received my schiek wrist wrap in the mail and am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product

I intentionally decided to buy this product for an extra 510 compared to some of the other options on amazon since it seemed to be a recommended brand and i assumed that the extra dollars would go towards a better quality product
