Pros

No shrunken fingerboard, no sharp fret edges, no finish damage, and so on. Great sound both from the humbuckers and when in single coil mode. Hot pickups great for distortion and the split coil for cleans is pretty good too.

All you need is a 5/32 allen wrench and a phillips screwdriver. Only problem is sometimes i accidentally hit the selector switch which sits too close below the high e string.

Cons

The guitar pictured is not what was delivered. The guitar is supposed to be playable right out of the box -- just tune the strings.

And the price for an instrument such as this is incredibly low

The features on this guitar cost way more on there

Shipping

Love amazons shipping its reall fast got it 3 days before it was due

I was surprised considering the shipping boxes shape it was rough

Only concern was that shipping container was open and was not in good shape but after opening the guitar was in new condition

Packaging/appearance

The neck is straight and the frets are dressed off on the ends very nice feeling to play

I like the tuners they remind me of the grovers i have on some of my other guitars

But the packaging caused damage during shipping

Other than tuning comes ready to play right out of the box

Competitiveness

I have been playing for over 30 years and this guitar sounds great for the price

Of course id rather have a higher priced instrument

I shopped around and found that amazon had the lower price by far
