Had that happen recently with a pair of shoes, and i looked all over for the same model, but they were no longer for sale, so i had to settle for something else.

I've changed the original score of 1 star to 4 stars for the outstanding customer service (i didn't even have to go through the amazon return process); should this one last i'll consider the first a fluke and increase the score to 5 stars.

Original review: as others have said, the design of the buckle swivel is poor and quality control doesn't seem to catch this issue.

The post that pivots doesn't have enough material to prevent it from pulling past the retaining point and gets worn over, so there is no pushing it back in.
