Update jan 2014 the second order arrived undamaged but the packaging was still not very good

Packing it in thick cardboard and big plastic bubbles resolved the companys breakage problem

It arrived unbroken so maybe amazon and the manufacturer have improved the shipping method from a year ago when all the complaints took place
