Also this must be just an androidg3 issue but i had to pull out the mic to play back the sound on my phone

We use an ipad and the microphone in the ipad was just not working by itself

However one flaw that i noticed is that sometimes it makes a weird noise in the middle of the recording however that noise can be removed in post editing

I purchased this product to use with the voice memo feature on an ipod nano

The foam cover for the microphone tore in half before i could even manage to get it on for the first time

The other problem i experienced is that this microphone is not good for recording musical instruments on an ios device such as an ipod nano i can only use the one app that comes with the ios
