Cons

Bissell's at wal mart are a much sturdier vacuum. Biggest gripe is just shoddy design.

This vac is a lemon. After a month of use suction was horrible even tho it was cleaned daily. The belts keep breaking and we are currently down to 1 vaccuum.

It is not repairable the housing is shot. Would like a refund. They claim that this is the only way for me to utilize the warranty.
