Pros
Transferring a 1gb file was nearly instantaneous. Speed is noticeably faster than usb-2 drives i have used.
I like that they are metal cased, seems like it would allow for better heat dissipation during large transfers. Sometimes tiny is beautiful when you don't have space for the chunky typical usb storage drive.
Cons

It took only 1 hour to transfer that and another hour and 30 minutes to hold the entirety of scott the woz videos on it
