I f you mess up simply put it back in the hot water and mold it with your fingers

I followed the directions exactly as described to get the teeth mold and it worked just fine

Simple in design because it doesnt have the harder reenforced plastic in more expensive mouthguards if you bite down too hard you can easily bite through the whole mouthguard essentially punching a hole in the guard
