I was able to successfully formulate a 24 hour no knead bread but the oven spring was almost nonexistent

Yet using the beginners recipe included the book did yield a decent oven spring even when the first and second rises were probably inadequate which is my fault not the yeasts

Wilbourne mentions in the included booklet you just cant use exact measurements in breadmaking which i interpret to mean be prepared for a fair amount of trial and error
