There is a plastic neck ring that comes with it to help stabilize the headset.
Long battery life. The battery last longer then most bluetooth headsets. The app that goes along with it increase and decrease notifications to your desire. But no issues so far.
Use it with iphone 4 and pandora. Works great with samsung products. It connects quickly to my phone! Samsung.
Cons

Has a weird, plastic, hair bracket looking thingy that is the only way to keep it on your neck without it drooping even lower. Looks like a poorly designed necklace.
