Pros
Although there are some surface scuffs to the suitcases, my belongings on the inside have been undamaged. Easy maneuverability given the multidirectional wheels. Love the maneuverability.
Cons
After one round trip this bag has a broken spinner wheel. The larger pieces have no zipper pocket inside along the hinge side. This is the flimsiest, cheapest plastic that i have ever seen!
Completely useless and non existent customer service or warranty support. Hopefully, this post prompts the seller to contact me and make this right.
Overall, very disappointing. Don’t buy samsonite. What a waste of money. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
The wheels are small and don't roll easily. The wheels look like something off a childs toy and i imagine they would be easily damaged by baggage handlers. The suitcase does not have a lock.

I purchased it back in may and we just took it out of the box and noticed that it is scuffed or something but it won’t come out with any cleaner so that stinks but otherwise it’s an ok suitcase
