Pros
If you are planning to be an endurance athlete of any kind, these are a must. Always a constant in nc summer weather for running and cycling for me. These are great for 4-5 hour hikes and these keep me going more than anything else.
Easy to chew, but drink plenty of water. They kind of dissolve in your mouth but you can chew them up also.
The flavor is fruity but not with the * sweetness. They now taste like a peachy sweet tart to me. The sweetness is just right.

I sent a message to contact alete nutrition about my last purchase since it was marked with additional items that were not delivered to me other people did receive them despite sending the email as requested by amazon in january 2024 i never i received a response from the customer the kit included the two fastchews saltstick tubes the race deady tube stickers and a brand keychain but these last two items were not sent
