I chose sizes according to the guide except i paid not attention to their instruction to measure calf as well in order to use the largest measurement so my calves are slightly larger than my knees that would put me in in a bigger sleeve size since my knee is already on the upper limit but i actually like how they feel so i would not even consider going up a size

The regular velcro knee braces are a bit bulky and provide a lot of support but the movement of bending at the knee becomes more limited at times not too comfortable

The thin compression knee sleeve lacked support around the knee for lifting

Measured the way it said i was suppose to so i got the large

These sleeves are sewn in a moderately bent position

This cause them to flex a bit when straightened and do the same when completely bent
