Highlights
Quality
The builtin hanger is a nice touch but just holding an item in one hand and steaming with the other works fine too
My wife and i thought this was a quality steamer
Also the little rubber button guard fell off on the second day and i cant get it back on so its in the box with the attachments
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was good little spots in the foam for the accessories so everything was easy to find
The insulated hose was stiff when i first took it out of the box
Competitiveness
The hanger just slips onto the top of the pole there is no lock so dont pull it to extend the pole itll just pop off
The spring keeps it from kinking or pinching at the base

I tested my limit to see if the steam will kill an item and it does but you really have to sit on one spot to do it
