Pros
Winter makes the ground more, not less, permeable to radon gas. It is important to have this in a home with radon mitigation system. I also have a mitigation system and i like something that checks to make sure its doing it job.
This device is awesome. Just select a spot in your home and plug it in. I'm impressed by how many functions there are in such a small and affordable device.
After a few weeks it seems to be working well and displaying different readings day to day. The manual provides sensor accuracy specifications for short and long term measurements.
The radon readout has a short and long term reading. The pic below shows the hours used in calculating the reading and the long term days.
Cons
Either it is inaccurate or i am living on a uranium deposit! The power cord coupling to the device is extremely loose and disconnects far too easily.

After it ran for a couple of days we had concerningly high numbers and had the radon remediation company come out and they set their test up alongside ours and the numbers were within a couple of points
