I’m a newbie as far as gps tracking systems go it arrived before the predicted date and setup was easy i needed help connecting again after messing around with the settings and customer support replied to my online request within a few hours and explained what the most probable issue could be and how to fix it

It’s a wonderful device mainly because it tracks where the device was and signals your phone when it’s out of reach so if you left your wallet in walmart and you go home without checking it will tell you it was last in contact with your phone at walmart

It is not as good as more expensive options but that’s pretty obvious

The wall heater and the restroom will intercept the signal making it produce false alarms

Only reason why i didn’t give it 5 stars is when it arrived and i set it up the keychain battery life was practically dead and this one is not rechargeable
