Pros

Sumac is a wonderful smoky citrus flavor. Excellent in tabouleh (tabouli salad) and in watermelon salad with cucumber, mint and feta.

Just sprinkle some on the rice and serve with the meat on top. I use it in a * chicken recipe i found on pinterest. It stays fresh and is a welcome addition to many dishes.

Cons

I find this sumac tastes bland, as others have noted. Contains salt clearly on label but not in description. Not pure sumac. Actual container label lists salt as the second ingredient.
