Pros
Sumac is one of my new favourite spices. It is so versatile and adds a lovely brightness to so many foods. This spice adds the perfect flavor to a lot of recipes. Keto mediterranean dishes like beef and lamb gyros.
Cons
Beware purchased in canada july 2022. Photo of ingredients shows only ground sumac, but the package we received has salt in the ingredients list! The product description on amazon falsly claims this product only contains sumac.
