In researching i read that organic and fruiting bodies were the best choices, which is the other part that drew me to this brand. This product is much cheaper than the fad mushroom drinks that abound theses days.
It blends well and has a malt consistency if you let it settlle. Has some dried mushroom aroma and some earthy tastes in there. Well-packaged, easy to use and get out of the canister.
