Product specs claim to be compatible with 3. Tb, not 20 tb. Nothing happens at all when you plug it in, despite being marketed as plug and play and no software required.
Firmware is faulty and does not work for the ec-dffn. No easy way to remove hdd once it's inserted. Larger hard drives formatted in another computer will not work at all in this one.
All options were greyed out. There was no software. Every option is grayed out. I restarted the dock and the same thing happened.
