There isnt any damage to the cable and you cant even tell unless youre holding the cable and regularly look at it to plug it in

Bought these for my s8 plus knowing it should not be a big deal since the title says s8 they do not work with my samsung chargers

I have to use and old duracell charger and a blackberry charger for either cord to work
