I love gel cases and this is no exception it is thin but sturdy and the curved edges come just up over the edges of the phone itself which means when i lay my phone facedown the screen does not touch the surface just the edges of the case do

The lip is slightly raised to protect the front of the phone but the camera which protrudes from the back of the galaxy s6 is not completely protected with this case in the event damage from dropping is a big concern
