I’m not a pro zip tier but now i wanna be. It’s smooth and isn’t just solid it feels solid. Even dropped it on the concrete a few times and no issues. Made of steel, and feels very durable, fits your hand well.
Seems to be a solidly built tool. Very sturdy all metal tool with a nice tightness adjustment feature.
Cons
The klein nylon tie tensioning tool does not cut the strap flush. It leaves a jagged, sharp end sticking out that can slice skin if you bump into it. I have another tool similar to this that is much higher quality and works flawlessly.

I actually had to return it because i already have another zip tie tool and i mistakenly thought this one would handle some larger zip ties that i have which i like a dork thought were ¼34 but are in fact ½34
