Pros

The bathroom is next to my husband's workshop, so i wanted a roomy sink that wasn't huge. The crumb catch basket, is also very functional and does not allow for clogging.

Very well packaged. The packaging was done very well. It was packaged very well & had no damage during shipping. Got the 16 gauge so hopefully with withstand a lot of use.

The shape is great woth soft rounded corners. It's exactly the look and heft that i was going for. It’s deep & not thin or flimsy.

Sink has rounded corners (no seams) and a wire grid rack. Customers love the strainer and rack that comes with it. The pros outweigh the cons.

Cons

The imprinted name ruvati was not centered in the sink. Removed the plastic protection and the sink was scratched. After my 3 week ordeal to get the right sink to fit a pre-cut granite counter top, i now realize it is very hard to order a sink online!... Read More

Ugh, what a mess. No apology. No offer of help. Very disappointed with a product that is supposed to take a lot of wear and tear.
