Installation went well but it did help to have two people especially towards the end of the installation when we were ready to tighten the faucet into position one person could hold the faucet still above the counter while the other tightened it from below

The hose from our old faucet was always rubbing on the sharp edge of the hole cut in our granite counter causing it to fray and get stuck and eventually to no longer retract
