This is a great product used it to put up two large liveedge shelves but the anchors it comes with are garbage

The little notches in the anchors snapped right off and the anchors themselves are thin and brittle and bent when trying to put them in the wall

Had 2 of them cut down to 4” though because they were not available in that length

The product itself is great but it was not clear what size diameter the pipes and flanges were so i was under the impression they were 12” but they were actually 34”

Its better to use your own wall anchors instead of the ones it comes with they are really cheap
