The only primer i use great quality primer
Easy to use and worked well with the color navy blue
I’ve used both and honestly i couldn’t tell the difference in finished product
I’m slow but the product sticks and has completely erased all signs of the old yellow insides

On previous pieces that i didnt use primer i had to use shellac to prevent the tannins from coming through the paint
