Pros
Use a lot of flour to dust the layers during the process. The key is to use a lot of flour. Since it is plastic and lightweight, it is important to pay attention to the position of the 4 little feet before using a rolling pin on it.
Great item, excellent quality. No complaints. Took a bit to get this but worth waiting for. Would recommend this.
The plastic is pretty durable and dishwasher safe. Simple sturdy hard plastic pelmeni maker. Durable, everything is as it should be.
Cons
This mold is for nano-pelmeni. The circle in the middle has plastic extending further down than the legs.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend it. Not worth it. Waste of time and money.

You have to press down quite hard when rolling over it to cut the edges sufficiently but it gets the job done for sure

There was some flash left on the part from when it was removed from the mold but nothing a metal filersandpaper couldnt fix in a few minutes

The trick is making sure your dough is thin enough and the filling should only be a teaspoon or so to keep them sealed
