Pros

The velcro keeps everything in tact. They provide shoulder strap support because i feel some strain on my shoulders/traps. The shoulder pads are a must in order to alleviate the pressure on your shoulders.

Fits is great. As many other reviewers say, it's bulky, but that's to be expected with the amount of weight being carried. It is slightly shorter than my other vest which makes it easier to workout in.

Great sturdy vest with easily removable weights. Got the 60lbs max and rotate between 36 and 60lbs. Fully adjustable, the weights come out if you want it lighter.

Cons

Getting it on is very awkward and difficult. It just isn’t what i expected. Lord knows there was a trade off. Would not buy again. Amazon should not allow this product to be sold.

The shoulder straps have practically no padding. Even with the extra shoulder pads it's very uncomfortable because the shoulders are straight and not slanted. The straps that hang on the shoulders dig into my lower neck/upper shoulders.

The head hole is small so when you're trying to control the weight of the vest the hole will be so small that you'll easily snag your nose or ears. Also not very pliable for working out, would be better suited for pack weight than adding workout weigh... Read More

Its easy to add or subtract weight its as comfortable as could be expected for strapping on a weighted vest and the price was decent

For double the cost it is absolutely not worth it

I wish the shoulder pads would be included at this price point
