The fabric is great bike seat padding isn’t too much and there is the right amount of griping material in the legs to prevent the legs from riding up during the run bike or swim

I liked it enough though to rip the seams and trim the elastic and silicone strip in half and that seems to have relieved some of the tension and it was cheap enough i don’t care to return it
