Getting two means you’ve got one for work or in work bag so never without the chance of charging and without compromising the watch slipping off the table as it’s wonky with the normal short garmin cable

Leaving the watch charging face up is much safer than on its side

There is a secure connection to the watch so it won’t fall off the charger easily

But mr garmin will only give you a really short cable with the fenix which means that it doesnt quite work in the real world and you have to leave your expensive watch on the floor near the usb socket rather than having a cable that will reach up to the desktop
