I screwed up a bit fitting it should have paid more attention to slack requirements

You need to measure twice screw once i used bolts and tee nuts so i wont be adjusting

Though this handle is designed for wood box type electronics such as guitar amps i purchased it to mount on top of an all metal heavy lab power supply for ease of mobility

The metal tabs covers on each end of the strap which are designed to mount with screws and dig into the wood of an amp to prevent swivel were an issue for my application against bare metal

This is to no fault of the manufacturer as my application is not what this strap was designed for however this was overcome when i cut two patches of thick nylon and placed them between the straps tabs covers and the metal power supply housing

It is designed to lay flat when not in use but when grabbed will flex open up providing space to grip it
