Pros

This seasoning is flavorful & tasty. Unlike many other rubs, chef douglas' product is not salty.

Smoked paprika, thyme, brown sugar rub simply can't be beat. This is nearly like the salmon rub that mccormick use to sell but discontinued. And different from this.
