Pros

The container is also a good weight. Looks lovely and performs perfectly. It keeps the salt from moisture. Heavy but not overly so.

The convenience and practicality of this item makes it a must-have in my opinion. When people see mine which i ordered in 2012, they invariably want one. Highly recommend this salt keeper.

The black marble matches our granite perfectly. Perfect to add a pinch over steaming pot on the stove.

Cons

Yuck is all i can say. It smells awful. Can't be adjusted. Turns into a massive footprint" bought an emile henry salt pig instead.
