Pros
I keep it with me all the time because it's so multi-purpose. Got it a few years back on a whim and have been using it for so much, mainly as a do-rag or a bandana.
I usually purchase from military surplus stores or places that allow me to physically inspect the product before purchase. While it's not exactly like the ones you would get abroad or overseas it's still quality.
It is a few dollars cheaper, so i guess it balances out. Not bad for the price.

I think there may be two different quality groups with the rothco scarfs (made overseas?

Had a slight odor - washed by hand to remove extra dye.

Works well had for a longtime already before leaving this review.
I am a serious airsoft player, embarking on many large american mil-sim operations.
This rothco desert scarf is pretty good quality, but not up to other rothco scarfs i have purchased in the past.

These will be worn regularly after all and i would like to know the comfort and make which is typically “shopped” in the images online — like getting a big mac and realizing it looks sad compared to the one you see on the menu.

They were washed as recommended and air dried, but the tan threads still shrunk while the black ones didn’t.

Machine washed in cold water and dried using low heat it crinkled and is now uneven when folded diagonally.
