I purchased this for a Rei Coop Cty e2.2 electric bike. This fits the rear rack perfectly. Not so tall at 6 inch's that it sticks above the seat (easy to swing your leg over). 2 velcro straps on the bottom adjust to go around the rack frame. One velcro strap on front connects to keep the bag from moving forward of rearward. All the stripes are reflective. The bottom and sides are a carbon fiber look plastic type material. Cool looking, wipes clean if it gets dirty from the trail. Super stretchy bungee cord on top for holding that map, jacket, water bottle. One handle at the end to use for off bike carry or a shoulder strap came with it but not needed. It even has a loop at the end for a clip on bike light. One main compartment, one end pocket with flap and two zippered side pockets. The top and sides are padded from each side and compartment. Seems to be very well made. Zippers work flawlessly. Just the right size 15 inches long, 6 inches high, 6 inches wide. Only the rear pocket extends beyond my rack an inch. Main compartment can hold my jacket, snacks, tube and an extra bike battery if i need it to. I highly recommend this bag at under $17.00. I see no reason to spend more unless you want a certain brand name displayed or to color match your bike. I like the blue piping as it adds a hint of color and style.  Read Less
