I am 100% satisfied with this kit. This brand absolutely takes the cake prize for top quality.

Mushrooms are tender, beautiful and fragrant. It was cooked fried, added to the soup and marinated. Add the dry sherry white pepper and lavender buds.

Cons

After 10 days the colonization seems to have stalled after following the instructions. Tried the 2nd flush instructions and only got mold. Pretty disappointing results. Not worth the money paid or the disappointment.
