The bulge is not solid! It is stranded. Amazon shared manufacturer contact link, no easy way to share my concern. Hope manufacturer see my message to address why this bulge in the middle of wire to address the quality and safetyconcerns.

Compared to other 63 cables the round slick vinyl skin of this cable made it easier to pull through the walls
