Pros
Produces beautiful artisan loaves without the hassle of pizza stones and steaming trays. I have to cut down many of my recipes (most are for 2 loaves) but it is great for 1 loaf. I cook chicken in it and the meat stays very moist.

Pot came with crack lines eventually broke off during cooking heat gt steam gt expansion cracked pkging is not sufficient
