Pros

Works with the moisture of the dough. Looks so much better on the counter top than a loaf of bread sitting out. And i love the knob which is big enough to get a good grip on it. Good size for a family of 2.

Soak the lid/pot while prepping your food. There is plenty of room for veggies in this baker. The veggies were done, but not mushy and so good in the meat juices. Easy to clean. Baking and roasting.
