Pros

Lens pedal locks securely. Smooth and consistent focus pulls. Wide open some fringing occurs but nothing horrible. Smooth focus and aperture rings are perfect for filming.

This feels much stronger, and heavier than canon's sub-$500 lenses. Optical quality is almost as good as my 35mm canon l lens. Outstanding lens for dslr video.

Cons

Used with several sony cameras including a68 and a7 with converter and images and video are terrible. The only thing that is nice is the manual focus ring - just never focuses. Biggest waste of money ever.
