On my copy the image is slightly soft at the bottomright side of the frame however its very hard to notice unless you are doing some serious pixel peeping

Extension tubes are too thick to allow macro focus on such a smallfocal lens but i found i was able to remove the lens and pull it out about a milimeter to enable close focus but this required the lens to be rotated 45 degrees to half fit in the bayonet mount and then the petal hood no longer aligned cut off the edges of the image
