They are truly addictive. They also work to sooth irritated eyes extremely effectively. This gets my eyes lubricated and feeling good every morning. It really helps me when my eyes are blurry due to fatigue or just dryness.

An icy feeling of course. A little sting but kind of exhilarating.

Cons

It irritates my eyes and make them look red instead of the desired effect. Sooooo cold, it stings and makes my eyes even more red and watery than normal. I suppose if you need to muster up some tears for an acting gig or something though, these would ...  Read More

Quality

And with the little sting, it also wakes me up instead of reaching for another cup of coffee.

At $15 per bottle, i'll either buy it elsewhere or find another product.

Packaging/appearance

It was with a completely different packaging but same name, so i took a chance and bought it on amazon.

Competitiveness

I like these much better than the rohto ice drops.

Your eyes feel like you're rushing down a mountain on a snowboard without goggles after stuffing mint leaves in your eye sockets.

I haven't used this while wearing contacts (that sounds a bit too ambitious for me) but if anyone's ever tried, please let me know because i'd rather avoid that misery if it really does hurt.

These are my favorite eye drops but unless any brand of eye drop is specially made for use with contacts don't use with contacts at best you could mess up expensive contacts, at worst really damage your eyes please do not mess around.

In the rohto family the cooling is achieved with varying amounts of menthol as this and the eye drop evaporate you go from cool / burning to refreshed awake feeling, use them with contact the menthol has no way to evaporate when it gets behind the lens and say hello to burning irritated eyes until you manage to get those contacts out.
